I love designing new characters and creating reference sheets to showcase them in detail. Reference sheets are extremely helpful for drawing someone else's character and are also very useful for maintaining consistency, for example in comics or animation.
Reference sheet's I typically draw in landscape 5000x3500 px (3:2 ratio). This is give or take the size of an A3. The reason for the size to be so big is because I want all the details to be clearly visable when you zoom in on them.

Attention: All the artwork shown here is an example of my art style and the type of commission you're ordering. It's not the exact image you're buying!
You will need to provide a detailed description of the character you want me to design. Think of gender, age, race, hair type/colour, colours or a colour palette, type of clothes (tight, gloomy, girly), tattoos, fur, etc.
Personality and lore for your character aren't necessary, but if you do have something already, like a fanfic, you can send that as well.EXAMPLES

Character design requiers brainstorming, reference searching and tons of lineart, this is why it takes about five to six days for me to fully design/draw a character. Keep in mind that I send a draft for approval and will not continue without confirmation. If there is a waiting list, it can be delayed by several days. Occasionally, if I'm feeling uninspired, it might take an extra day.
